STEP 1:
Complete our short on-line registration form. This will get you into our database! Click here to complete this step.

STEP 2:
Download and fill out our Agency Agreement form. This is a memo of understanding between Hands On Inland Empire and your agency.  The attachment is an electronic form. Tab to fill out each field.  Then, print out, sign, and fax back to (909) 980-2957.

 Thank you!  Now we're ready to work together!

Once you've completed the above two steps, we'll contact you to discuss your volunteer needs and be able to assist you in the following ways:

STEP 3:

3A) HOIE Managed Projects - If your agency is within our service area, we assign a trained, volunteer Project Leader to manage a regular, recurring project at your agency. This is the best way to bring new volunteers into your organization --  we handle all the administrative chores and provide you with a regular source of volunteers.  These projects are typically scheduled on weekends and evenings making them accessible to working professionals. Download a Project Proposal form. Fill it out. Email it back in!

3B) Volunteer Referrals - For any agency in San Bernardino or Riverside County, we'd be happy to post your ongoing or one-time call for volunteers. Visitors to our site can click on the "Have Agency Contact Me" link and we will send you contact info of interested volunteers.  You take it from there! Download a Referral Listing Form. Fill it out. Email it back in!

3C) Facility Improvement Projects - Does your site need physical improvements? Painting? Landscaping? Clean-up? If you are within our service area, we will make a site visit and determine how many volunteers are needed to brighten and renovate your facility. Download a Facility Wish List form.  Fill it out. Email it back in!

3D) TeamConnect Projects – Do you have a one-time, four-hour project that would be ideal for 10-15 dedicated volunteers? If the project is within our service area, you can host a team of volunteers from our TeamConnect program. Volunteers focus on a specific issue that is important to them and dedicate four hours on one Saturday per month for four months to making an impact on that issue.
