Description:

Uncommon Good is a nonprofit organization dedicated to serving the poor and to ending the cycle of poverty for low income, at-risk youth and their families. Our Clinic to College Program provides one-to-one volunteer mentors to children, ages nine through 15 who are living in poverty. These children are at-risk, but have the potential to go to college, develop careers, and break the cycle of poverty if we provide them with the support of a role model and friend.
