Allan CollinsAllan Collins, Director of Volunteerism

Bio: Allan graduated with a B.S. from Pacific Union College in 1993 and received an M.S. in Psychology from Portland State University.

Random Fact: Allan is an avid ping pong player, golfer and enjoys the outdoors.

Meghan MeadeMeghan Meade, Volunteer Program Manager

Bio: Meghan Meghan received her undergraduate degree in Liberal Studies from California State Polytechnic University of Pomona. She then received her teaching credential at Azusa Pacific University. Meghan works closely with individual and group volunteers to find the best place for them to volunteer. She also plans the major events for HandsOn Inland   Empire in addition to recruiting and training  incoming volunteers.

Random Fact: Meghan volunteered at Inland Empire United Way before becoming a staff member.

Denise SchoolDenise School, Volunteer Program Coordinator

Bio: Denise graduated with a B.A. in History and Psychology from University of Redlands in 2009. Her goal is to strengthen the relationships within the nonprofit community and provide nonprofits with the valuable resource of volunteers.

Random Fact: Denise is a huge Lakers fan and in 2009 was able to meet one of her favorite NBA players, Sasha Vujacic.

Valerie MusielakValerie Musielak, Alternative Sentencing Program Coordinator

Bio:  Valerie graduated with an Associate's Degree in Alcohol and Drug Counseling in 2000. She received her degree in Social work from La Sierra University in 2009. She has spent 14 years working as a counselor and social worker in residential treatment centers and various prison systems. Her goal is to restore relationships and empower individuals to deal with crisis.

Random Fact: Valerie used to be an extra on the TV show, Facts of Life and worked as a magician's assistant.

Bryan NakawakiBryan Nakawaki, AmeriCorps Volunteer Infrastructure Program (VIP) Leader

Bio: Bryan holds two degrees in English, having graduated with his B.A. from Cal Poly Pomona in 2008 and his M.A. from the University of North Carolina, Charlotte in 2011. His goal is to increase the number of volunteers offering their time and services in the Inland Empire.
