Agency: Hands On Inland Empire (a program of Inland Empire United Way)
Description:
This training is recommended for those who have already participated in a number of HandsOn Inland Empire projects as a volunteer or have other extensive volunteer experience. Each HandsOn Inland Empire Project is managed by a trained HandsOn Project Leader who ensures our volunteer projects are fun, meaningful, and successful. We are seeking to greatly expand the number of projects we offer each month and need your help to do it! HandsOn Inland Empire Project Leaders are responsible for taking project sign ups, developing fun and creative activities, and ensuring a project runs as smooth as possible and that volunteers have a meaningful experience. Project Leaders make a long-term commitment (ideally at least 6 months) to lead on a monthly, bi-weekly, or weekly basis depending on the program and their availability. This fun, informative two-hour training will tell you everything you need to start leading HandsOn Projects. It's easy! If you're enthusiastic, enjoy people, like to organize, and want to make a difference here in the Inland Empire, sign up today!
