This "pot-luck" dinner and activity will provide sustenance, fun and companionship for the families staying in the house.  [NOTE: please be sure you do not have a cold or flu when you attend - we want to avoid spreading infections to parents visiting their children in the hospital. Thanks! :-)] All volunteers signing up will be asked to bring one dish to feed 10-12 people in the house. You'll be contacted by Brenda Miller the project leader once you sign up and told what to bring.This will be a fun and rewarding evening for all!   Themes for 2010:July - "Summer BBQ" - BBQ Hamburgers, Hot Dogs & SidesAugust - "Southern BBQ" - Ribs, Hot Links, Tri Tip & sidesSeptember - "Mexican Fiesta" - Enchiladas, Tacos and moreOctober - "Soups, Stews & Sandwiches"November - "Thanksgiving Favorites" - Thanskgiving dinner featuring our favorite dishesDecember - "Feliz Navidiad" - Christmas Dinner, Latin Style This is a family friendly project. Volunteers must be at least 16 years of age, however all volunteers under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult. All volunteers under the age of 18 must have their parent or guardian complete a HOIE Liability and Release form for Minors. For more information and to download the form, Click here. SPECIAL NOTE FOR TEAMS If you are registering your team for this project please be aware that no more than 4 team members can sign-up.  It is important that you contact the project leader and let them know you will be attending. If you need to cancel please let the Project leader know in advance. Also, each team member should bring a dish per person to feed up to 10-12 people.If a person is not registered through this website they may not particpate. Please do not bring any addtional guest if they have not registred for the project. Please read attached documentation for further guidelines for partcipation.
